time to regroup
So, this week I’m finally having time to regroup from the past several weeks that I have been travelling. I am getting homework completed, enjoying some much needed knitting time and, in my spare time from work, doing some shopping. The last two days I have been an exhibitor at a conference and when the attendees are in sessions I have been shopping. I have gone to Michaels, Linens and Things, a super ritzy mall, Target and Barnes and Noble.

At Barnes and Noble I had to exchange a book and picked out a book and three magazines. The magazines are Real Simple, In Style Home and Vogue Knitting Holiday Edition. There are only a couple of patterns from Vogue Knitting that I want to create (added to the thousand others on my list) but I enjoyed other parts of it. I really want some of these beautiful glass knitting needles. I need to come up with a creative way to display them. They are so pretty! Also, there is a shout out to the knit blogging world including a mention of fluffa, chicknits, brainy lady and blue blog, among others. I felt famous by association! It reminded me of how lucky I am to be a part of this little world. Congrats on being Vogue-worthy!
