So I’m off to Maryland Sheep and Wool this weekend for my second year.  Last year, I was really nervous.  I had plans to stay with someone that I had emailed for a while, but never met.  She was picking me up from the airport.  Eek!  What if she was weird?  What if she thought I was weird?  Anxious.  However, I walked off the plane and Sarah was exactly as I thought she would be. We had a blast along with all of the other folks we met that weekend and that stayed with us at her house! 

This year, I’m much less anxious and much more excited.  Many of the people I plan to stay with or see I met last year, so I know how much fun they are!  Also, I know what to expect when it comes to the festival.  All of that said, I have absolutely no plan for the money I have saved to buy yarn with this weekend!  Last year, I went with a list.  This year, it will just be whatever catches my eye.  That’s good and bad…could be dangerous and sometimes when I do this I end up not buying anything.  We’ll see what turns up this time around.

Oh, and for those of you who will be joining me on Saturday at the Festival, it looks like the weather might be clearing out for us!  Yay!  See you there!
