I’m a bit absent (and probably will be until Monday) because my mom, sister and sister’s boyfriend are in town. We are having a great time so far and will be celebrating Christmas together tommorow, complete with a full Christmas dinner. This will be my first time to be involved in creating a traditional Christmas dinner (turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, etc.), so it should be interesting! My mom is also going to teach me a bit about color knitting tommorow, including how to carry yarn behind and to switch colors. I’ve done a bit before but never very successfully. Mom loves color knitting and seeing the images become reality. It’s fun for us to have this in common! With that, I’m off for more family time! Have a great first weekend of the new year!
