mad progress
Okay, so I’m sure you saw that huge shipment of yarn I received from ThreadBear last weekend and thought “geez, she’ll be busy for a while”. Well, I did too. However, since then, I have completed the multi-directional scarf, the Musique and Fizz scarf, the Perfect Pouch Bag (felting still pending) and I am working on the Fuzzy Feet. My goal is to complete at least one present for my two step-sisters and step-mom that I will see at Thanksgiving. We won’t be together for Christmas so it would be very nice for me to be able to give it to them in person. I, for one, am giving knitted gifts for the holiday season. I know which family members will be happy to receive them and so they are getting one of a kind gifts. The others, will receive store bought gifts. Hopefully, they will all be happy. 🙂 We have had messy weather here so I haven’t been able to get good pictures of my progress. I will post them as soon as I’m able to capture them!

I’m leaving on Wednesday to go to Arkansas. We are going to have a crazy Thanksgiving. We are going to my dad’s Wednesday night through Thursday for lunch. Then, we are driving almost three hours to go to my aunt’s to have Thanksgiving with my mom’s side of the family Thursday night. We will return home Saturday morning because I’m throwing a bridal shower Saturday night. Craziness I tell you! But, it will all be fun. Oh, and T-Bone is sick. I’ve worried about him all day. Yes, he’s just a dog, but he’s my baby. It appears to be minor, so I’m hopeful we will go home today and he’ll be fine.
