Well, travel season is officially kicking my tail, that along with the many other things going on in my life. To top it all off, or maybe because of all of the stress, I have come down with something. I had to take the day off today and I still don’t feel any better. I can’t bear the thought of staying home again tommorow but if I don’t feel better I won’t be any good at work. I got some knitting done today by finishing baby booties to go with the raglan and almost finishing a baby hat to complete the ensemble. It doesn’t have to be complete until October 3rd so I may actually be ahead of schedule! Grover is stalled because I don’t know how to read a cable chart. If anyone has the newest Vogue and could look at #16’s cable chart to explain it to me that would be great! 🙂 I just realized how to read the difficulty rating on those patterns and noticed that Grover is in the most difficult category. It’s been super easy up until now, so I’m expecting it to get more difficult. Zoe is chillin’ as well. I need some instant gratification so I have put those on hold. I also need to complete swatches for Stacy (as they were supposed to be finished the first, oops!). School is crazy right now and we’re also looking at building a house, so my life is pretty chaotic. I’ll be around here more, though, since I will be home for at least the next 4 weeks. More rambling soon!
Hope you feel better tomorrow!
Sarah, I hope you start to feel better soon. Now, I know
what you need help with on Grover. If I have some time
today, I’ll write it out the chart for you and send it
through e-mail or through the yahoo group. I took a look
at the chart last night and it doesn’t seem too difficult
to re-write it (crossing fingers).
